The subscription belongs to your Mac; the iPhone app is free. Install the DuoRemote app, sign in with this account and scan the QR code with your iPhone.

Delete account
Deletes your account, your devices and your pairings. If you have a subscription, it is canceled immediately. This cannot be undone.
